The rulers of Yuan Dynasty imposed dozens of taxes nationwide, such assalt tax(盐课), tea tax(茶课), wine and vinegar tax (酒醋课)，trade tax(市舶税) and other dozens of taxes. They are known as “__”. Among them, the salt tax was the most important, as it was the main source of fiscal revenue to the central government.
